Features Description

FAIR Wizard Cloud

FAIR Wizard is a cloud service based on Data Stewardship Wizard that provides additional functionality in different service tiers. All plans are priced based on the maximum seat number if not agreed otherwise. All instances have calculated Limits. By default, we base our instances on number Users. An overview of the plans is described on the Plans page.

Starter Plan

Consists of features described on the Plans page. Each instance has properties based on Limits without the option of Time Travel.

Professional Plan

Consists of features described on the Plans page. Each instance has properties based on Limits with the option of Time Travel.

Enterprise Plan

Consists of features described on the Plans page. Each instance has properties based on Limits with the option of Time Travel.

Users

Total numbers of users in your instance both Active and Inactive.

Limits

Based on defined Users the instance has preset limits. The default limits are:

  • 2 projects per User limit
  • 1 Knowledge Models per User limit
  • 1 Knowledge Models Editors per User limit
  • 1 Document Templates per User limit
  • 1 Document Templates Editors per User limit
  • 1 Locales per User limit
  • 3 documents per project limit
  • 1 MB of Total Space per document limit
  • 50 Analytics Synchronizations per day
  • 1500 Analytics Synchronizations per month

These limits can be changed and specified in the order.

Total Space

The total amount of storage space available to the client’s instance. When the Time Travel feature is active (Professional and Enterprise plans). Default Total Space is set to 1 MB per limit of documents users.

Time Travel

Recovery of files from Backup Space and recovery of the environment to the last possible state that is available based on the backed-up files. The recovery process is not part of the subscription and will be billed separately after the estimation of the support team and confirmation by the Authorized Representative of the Client. It can be billed hourly or deducted from prepaid Support hours.

Preview Instance with a Future Version

A testing instance of FAIR Wizard with the next version of FAIR Wizard that will arrive on the production platform next month. This instance will have limited Total Space (200 MB) with no Time Travel and limited user access. This environment is for testing purposes only (template and knowledge model migration etc.). It should not be used for any productional usage. This instance will have the next release version for production of FAIR Wizard, and the users will have 30 days before the productional release. The client will be informed about technical details and dates via email.

Custom Branding

Configurable branding that is included inside the FAIR Wizard application. It consists of the custom color schema for the web interface, a customizable logo and login screen customization.

Custom Domain

We will allow your users to access your FAIR Wizard instance through your side—for example, fair-wizard.yourdomain.com. Additional setup on your side and fees may apply.

Support Hours

We deduct your balance of support hours. The minimal deducted time is 30 minutes. Unused Support Hours expire one year after the date of purchase. Support Hours can be used for both technical and content consultancy. And all the support tasks are started based on an email offer from the Authorized Representative of the Client, if not agreed differently.

Standard Support

Clients can contact us via email at support@fair-wizard.com. The maximum response time is one business day. Standard Support includes assistance with operations directly related to FAIR Wizard services. Please note that recovery processes for the Time Travel feature may incur additional charges.

Priority Support

Clients can contact us via email at support@fair-wizard.com. The maximum response time is one business day, with priority handling for urgent issues. Priority Support covers operations related to FAIR Wizard services, including minor content-related problems. Recovery processes for the Time Travel feature may incur additional charges. For larger-scale content support, services are billed as Support Hours.
